PROGRAMS
Four ways we make an impact:
Living Water’s mission is to change the lives of Africa’s young men and women by ministering the Word of God, providing mentors to teach life and leadership skills, and giving them a vision for their future. Through our four strategic initiatives, we aim to make a difference.
School Outreach
In 2008, the Catinellas wrote a curriculum educating youth about sexual purity and pioneered an outreach program to schools throughout Uganda. Every week in various high schools, our teams of teachers speak boldly about God’s plan for purity while providing valuable life skills to high school students. More than 10,000 students have already been taught how to walk pure! We have witnessed many who committed to walking pure, doing it God’s way, and are now happily married.
University Fellowship
Frayo is a fellowship gathering for 18 to 30-year-olds that meet every Friday evening. We unite youth to bring spiritual awakening and raise leaders to serve our world. Our heart desires to see thousands of university students worshiping together across the nation every week. Through these power-packed services, we spiritually shape and motivate young people to be powerful catalysts in their communities.
We host amazing events throughout the year such as discipleship classes, camp, and outreach at universities.

Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy is a nine-month program designed to equip young adult leaders ages 18-30 in spiritual growth, character development, and preparation for leadership. Once a month, the class goes into the community and practices firsthand the skills they have learned in the classroom. Throughout the year, they intentionally work together to develop an understanding of their gifts/talents and how to use them to serve others. As a team, they participate in fun activities and team building outings, facilitate outreach events, and develop long-lasting relationships with one another. By the end of the Leadership Academy, there will be a group of leaders ready and equipped to reach the nation as they follow and fulfill the calling God has placed on their lives.
Ongoing Mentorship
We don’t leave our leaders on their own once they finish our programs. Our entire goal is to do as Ephesians 4:12 says, “To equip the saints for the work of the ministry.” Even once they launch out to fulfill the call of God on their own lives, we are right there beside them, cheering them on in the work. We host annual events to facilitate networking and impart leadership skills.

Take Action
Alongside our four key initiatives, we actively participate in multiple projects year-round that greatly advance the vision of living water.
Sponsor a Student Program
In Uganda, only a few students have the opportunity to attend university. This program provides a unique chance to invest in the future by training leaders of leaders during a critical transition into adulthood. By supporting a student, you are not only impacting an individual but contributing to national change. Your sponsorship will directly support a student’s journey through campus ministry, mentorship, discipleship, and leadership development.
Backpack Drive
We partner with alumni to reach out to the community and support vulnerable children and youth with tangible love of Christ. We provide the children backpacks and school supplies.
Youth Camp
Situated on the shore of Lake Victoria, is a retreat center where we host a five-day overnight camp for two hundred university students. This transformative camp empowers the next generation to deepen their relationship with Jesus and to equip them to spread their faith, bringing about positive change in the nation.
Alumni Events
A one-day event is designed to unite alumni and their families, providing an opportunity to support them and maintain ongoing engagement as we seek to collaborate with them in their ministry and community outreach efforts.
Launch a Frayo Campus Ministry
We aim to launch a campus ministry in a new country, providing sound equipment, a stipend for a campus leader, and venue rent. This ministry targets 18 to 30-year-olds, offering impactful services every Friday evening to inspire and equip young people to become influential catalysts of positive change in their communities.
Build Hope Project
Because the future of the nation depends on today’s youth, it is essential to provide young people with opportunities to succeed in life. You can help make these opportunities available by joining us in building a youth center, a safe space for all youth to learn, grow, and achieve.
